Start off the new year with some thoughtful discussions and drinks with fellow alumni!
Join with fellow HBS alumni here in Connecticut for the first installment of our 2013 "HBS Alumni Study Groups". We meet the second Thursday of each month to discuss important issues - business, political, social, etc. - at a local establishment that serves adult refreshment beverages. Sometimes there might even be a case assignment, but we expect our alumni to be able to make meaningful contributions to the conversation without having read the case - just like many of you did at the business school.
Potential Topics for this session include:
- What happens when you fall off a fiscal cliff?
- How can we solve Connecticut's problems?
- How can we be better prepared for the next "super storm" to take aim at Connecticut?
