Harvard Business School Club of Connecticut Community Partners invites you to join your fellow HBS alumni along with leaders from some Connecticut-based not-for-profit organizations, who will be our special guests, for a stimulating and informative event with one of HBS' most renowned professors.   Following Prof. Stevenson's presentation and the case discussion there will be a cocktail reception for HBS alumni and our special guests.  Each attendee will receive a copy of Prof. Stevenson's new book. 

The event will take place on Tuesday September 18, 2012 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. The planned agenda for the event is as follows:

  • 2:30pm Registration Opens
  • 3:00pm Introduction and Opening Remarks
  • 3:10pm Presentation: "Getting to Giving
  • 4:00pm Case Discussion
  • 4:45pm Q&A / Wrap-up
  • 5:15pm Reception and Book Distribution

HBS Club of Connecticut members may register for this event on the Club's website by clicking here . Registrants will be sent a brief case ("caselet" as it is called) by HBS to read prior to the event along with a short poll to fill out, the results of which will be shared during Opening Remarks.

The fee for this event is $10 per person. Space for this event is limited so please register ASAP if you wish to attend.
