The Shakespeare on the Sound Production of

"Romeo and Juliet" 

The Harvard Business School Club of Connecticut invites you and your family to join us for a light dinner and an outstanding production of  "Romeo and Juliet" on July 6.  To close out our season we have made special arrangements with the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich and Shakespeare on the Sound to bring you this fun, free and family friendly evening. Both Shakespeare on the Sound and the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich have been involved with our Club's Community Partners organization in the past and we are proud to partner with them for this event which is funded by our club.

Pre-show dinner at 6:00 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich, 4 Horseneck Lane,  Greenwich, CT

Please join us to relax, mingle, eat and hear from the Artistic Director (or Executive Director) of Shakespeare on the Sound. You can park your car at the commuter lot opposite the Boys and Girls Club if there is no parking available on the premises. At about 7:15 p.m. we will stroll down to the Roger Sherman Baldwin Park to witness the performance of "Romeo and Juliet".

Romeo and Juliet is Shakespeare on the Sound's 17th annual summer outdoor production. This year's production finds us at a dinner, with a Shakespearean twist. Shakespeare on the Sound Artistic Director explains: “We are conceiving Romeo and Juliet as a dinner party among eight friends who have an annual tradition of reading a Shakespeare play on a gorgeous summer’s night". The club has obtained reserved blanket space lawn seating in a special area blocked off for our group. Please bring blankets or low height beach chairs for you and your guests.

Please remember that the HBS Club of CT is committed to reserving space and paying for catering in advance, so while this is a free event for members, we would appreciate your cooperation in ensuring attendance if you do sign up. Please sign up now if you can come - seating is limited and is available on a "first come first served basis".
